First cat.# on the back cover & spine, second on the labels.
Advertising of releases on original inner sleeve would suggest a release year of 1969. Some copies have a gold sticker "Stereo" next to the CBS logo rear cover

Smooth orange labels. Front-laminated sleeve by Upton Packaging Co. (credited back cover bottom right). Quite similar to releases:
- [r=5646719], but that does not have any printer credit
- [r=6566635], which has matt sleeve made by Shorewood Packaging Ltd.

Box at bottom rear stating 'CBS Stereo Records can be played on today's mono record players with excellent results...etc'.
