Please note that song B1 is, despite the different title, the same recording as A2 on the [r=5412982] album, B4 is the same as A1 on ”Fancy Mix” and B5 same as A3 of [r=6658959].


B1 is a demo from 1981, based on a 1977 Gene demo called Sentimental Fool. Elements from this song resurfaced in a late 1980s demo called Promise the Moon, available on Gene Simmons - The Vault. The title is made up and has never been verified by any member of Kiss

B2 is an instrumental recording with [a=Eric Carr], [a=Ace Frehley] and on bass [a=Bob Ezrin]. This song eventually became ”Breakout” on the [m=49907] debut album with new lyrics by Frehley and [a=Richie Scarlet] and also ”Carr Jam 1981” on the [m42161] album. This version is not the same take as Kiss used and has the complete 3 minute drum solo while Kiss cut it down to just 1.15 minute.

B3 is a demo by the Canadian band Helix and has nothing to do with Kiss or any members of the band.

B4 is an early version of the 1981 song where Paul can be heard singing an early, pre-Lou Reed set of lyrics in the background, so not actually instrumental. Also known as "I Want You Only" due to a line that can be heard sung by Paul on this demo.

B5 is an early version of Ace Frehley's 1981 song "Dark Light" on the album Kiss - (Music From) The Elder
