Many consider this release unofficial, we can say that it is not official for the American market, since the copyrights were not paid to the Casablanca label and Kiss.

This album was released in 1993-1994 in the city of Tashkent, Uzbekistan at the Tashkent Factory Record`s them. M.T. Tashmuhamevoda
in 1994, Uzbekistan was no longer part of the USSR, since it seceded from it in 1991.

The original sketch of the cover drawn by Ken Kelly was used on purpose to avoid copyright.
