This edition comes in a blank, white, full laminated gatefold cover. For this reason, it's commonly known as "The White Album"

The artist name is embossed on the front cover. A 6-digit number is stamped at the bottom right corner. Most copies have a sticker. The spine states "The Beatles" and the cat#.

The rear cover top right has a black circle and 'Stereo' print. Inside cover shows titles at the left and 4 images on the right side. Below the titles: Electrola Gesellschaft M.B.H., Köln-Braunsfeld. Printed and made in Germany by Heinrich Nicolaus G.m.b.H.

This version includes 4 cardboard portrait photos, a bit smaller than DIN A4 and a large, double folded poster, with images on front and lyrics on rear.
