German first press without "A Horse With No Name".

America was one of the few bands of that era that were signed by the British Kinney branch to the Warner label. Therefore, the back cover copies the back of the UK cover, which leads to different cat# and often to the wrong conclusion that this record was distributed in Germany by British Kinney Music Ltd.
