Mastering for the reissue was done by Frank Arkwright at Abbey Road Studios in 2014.

It should be noted that the "Printed By" and "Made By" credits for Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd. are valid for the 2015 release, though the company as it exists today is the [url=http://www.discogs.com/label/265241-EJ-Day-Group]E.J. Day Group[/url], as the original artwork "leftovers" are present for this release. This doesn't affect current manufacturing, and all credited companies in this submission are current and accurate.

Record Store Day 2015 release, limited to 5800 copies worldwide.
This US version was 3000 copies, while the UK/EU version was 2800 copies.
