Original 1987 (first pressing) of [r=6587892] Silver mould injection there was a mis-credit of producer on the 2nd disc to Rick Rubin, which should have been Steve Brown. Just prior to the release, 20,000 copies of the 2nd disc had to be destroyed due to this and replaced with versions listed above.

Released in a gatefold sleeve.
