Blank white LP labels on black vinyl. Light green 'file folder' sleeve with 'File Under: Judas Priest' 'Deliver the Message' stamped on the front. Includes a loose color 'photo' of Rob Halford on stage with a printers code on the back. Variations are known to have a two color stamp in blue/red vs a plain black stamp.

This release appears to be a reorganized and incomplete set of tracks from this show. According to the original setlist for the '83 US festival at Glen Helen Regional Park, San Bernardino, CA, USA on 29-May-1983; they played just after Ozzy, and did 12 songs as part of their 'World Vengeance' tour. Tracks on LP don't match setlist order performed.

According to the US Festival Wiki page "Judas Priest's 30-year anniversary release of Screaming for Vengeance included a DVD with footage of their set from their 1983 appearance."
