Originally issued with "Special Limited Edition Album Cover 90160-1" hype sticker on the shrink wrap. Copies sent out for promo have the hype sticker placed directly on the gatefold cover and have a serial numbered gold promo stamp on front at top middle.

[l=Allied Record Company] pressing, with plating done at [l=Specialty Records Corporation], denoted by stamped "SRC" logo along with a "SPAR" etching "B-#####"-type matrix number in runouts.

Comes with printed inner sleeve.

Catalog number 90160-1 is printed on the inner spine, back cover, labels, inner sleeve and hype sticker.
Catalog number ATCO 7 90161-1 is printed only on the outer spine.
