This edition issued in a first design picture sleeve laminated at the front (folding 1cm to the rear) stating 'Printed in England by Robert Stace' on rear and with sleeve notes by Ren Grevatt.

Note that labels very clearly state the date as being 1958...(and do not state 'RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED 1958')...which suggests this might be the first pressing...despite it obviously being released from 1959 (at the very least, since the back cover mentions his 'tragic death'). Nevertheless, the existence of the two UK tax codes M/T (from 1 January 1963) and KT (from 1 July 1963) provides more clarity. Since both are present, the release year 1963 is extremely likely.

B4 appears as "Oh Boy" on cover, but as "Oh, Boy" on label.
B6 appears as "It Doesn't Matter Any More" on cover, but as "It Doesn't Matter Anymore" on label.

Similar issues with the same cat# are housed in a flipback sleeve as [r=6316497] and [r=1586937] stating "Laminated with 'Clarifoil' made by British Celanese Limited", the same record was reissued as [r=5051155] with a different photo on the front.
