Originally released in 1971. Comes in gatefold with opening inside the cover with lyrics on one side and a Gaye family 'photo album' on the other. Made in Canada. This was released on the Motown label, and does not mention Tamla anywhere on the release. The track times are a bit different from the original release(s).

This was issued after the oil crisis of 1972, the record is among the thinnest pressed, the record weight 100gr ans less. Even in Near mint condition, the sound could be fragile.

The T-310-S1/2 (2) (P) pressing is different. It weighs 126 grams and sounds great. (Timings are hard to measure on this record because there is no silent space between the tracks.) (This pressing runout has also been seen on side 1 of [r11066329], but that release has different labels.)
