Fold out cardboard slip case.

One pocket holds CD, the other a cardboard envelope with a set of 9 polaroid replicas, each of which have the lyrics for 1 of the 13 songs on the album printed on the back. The sets are divided into four groups: sets C, O, D and E. Which set is included with a specific copy is not indicated. Even for the same songs, there are different pictures on some of the polaroids between the different sets.

Artist, title and production code are printed in red on a transparent sticker, adhered to the front.
