From Searchingforagem site: Nashville Skyline was the first Dylan quadraphonic album ever released in Europe. It is strange that this album was released in Spain at a time when hi-fi sound systems at Spanish homes were so scarce. Manuel García Jara assumes that it was released in Spain in 1974 just because Dylan had left CBS and the Spanish subsidiary wanted to release everything, even this quad album. However, only a few hundred copies were ever made, so the first release from 1974 is extremely rare. The album with the distinctive gold border on the front is a 1976 reissue when CBS Spain also released a quad copy of Desire and the gold border was added to distinguish quadraphonic from regular stereo albums. The front of the 1974 sleeve is very similar to the US and Canadian releases.
