Back cover contains eight (8) lines of "Thanks to:" text and does NOT contain the "Special thanks..." text, nor does it contain the asterisk after the song "Red Hill Mining Town". Second pressings and all later runs contained nine (9) lines of "Thanks to:" text, the "Special thanks..." text, and the asterisk after the song "Red Hill Mining Town" on the back cover.
