Title text "HOTTER THAN HELL" with "KISS" below it appears below the center hole above the track listins. Side numbers are represented by "I" and "II" rather than numbers.
Runouts for variant 4 side B contain three symbols making full runout appear as: "NBLP-7006-BS ③ TH (AZ UG Thundercloud with lightning bolt symbols) 1T" The first symbol A is over and combine with the Z, the second symbols are capital UG in cursive, and the third symbol is as desribed a storm cloud with a lightening bolt coming down from the middle all being etched as shown in the variant 4 side II runout images above.
Inner sleeve is the 1977 record and filmworks desert city with film crew image on both sides with text below "Casablanca Record & Filmworks Millennium □ Parachute Chocolate City.
