Issued Aug 1978, as a Limited Edition (along with Sgt Pepper pic disc, and colored vinyl re-issues of the red and white albums).
Has custom light blue Capitol label (resembling the then-current purple label)

This variation was pressed at Capitol's Jacksonville factory, as identified by "0" in the run-outs.

Comes in gatefold sleeve with same text info as the standard pressing from this time, but has the Capitol oval logo at the top center on the back.

Does NOT mention Apple Records anywhere on outside cover or label but still has "©1973 APPLE RECORDS INC" on inside gatefold.

Also came with "limited edition blue vinyl" and tracklist hype stickers on shrink-wrap and blue lyric inner sleeves. (see photos)
