Mock denim textured gatefold sleeve, with stapled booklet (in blue monotone & halftone) glued to right hand inner panel of gatefold sleeve, and track listings for sides 1 & 2 'stitched into' the back 'denim' face of the gatefold.
No catalog # visible on inside or outside of gatefold sleeve, EXCEPT for 'DJLPH 420' on the spine.
