Brazilian re-pressing (1978-1982) of this interesting compilation featuring tracks mostly from their 65-67 era.

Originally issued early 1972.

Issued in Spain and other Latin countries as "Por Siempre Beatles" with the same track listing, different artwork.

Some differences with this pressing to previous pressings:
-℗1972 is NOT on the front cover
-The text at the bottom back cover has the EMI-Odeon number 31C 066 04973 in addition to SBTL 1017.
-The EMI-ODEON info and address at the very bottom on the back is "EMI-ODEON, Fonografica, Industrial e Electronica, S.A. C.G.C. 33.249.640/0004-31 -- Industria Brasileira"
-The perimeter print on the labels are in type font, not handwritten script as on earlier pressings, and has very different text.
-There is no "Lado 1" or "Lado 2", just "A" and "B" under the catalog numbers.
-Labels have 31C 066 04973 and no mention of SBTL 1017.
-Some copies misprint B6 as "Blue Jar Way"

Released in a single cover and with an inner sleeve from the Brazilian series "The Beatles Collection" with a cover photo of all the items from the collection.
No lyrics and credits inside.

Audiophile/recording notes:
-The back cover states "Stereo" (Estereo), but many are actually "fake stereo" tracks including the 7" Brazilian version of Penny Lane, which mysteriously has an edit or perhaps a tape error with the line "In Summer" missing. It's quite a sloppy edit.
-Baby You're a Rich Man and Inner Light are the mono (single) mixes.
-The true stereo tracks are A4, B1 and B6.
