The 1st press (and only the first press) was a very limited 'Super Picture Label' as shown on the red sticker on the shrink-wrap of new/sealed CDs. Later releases had regular (non-picture) labels with the same cat. no.
Cover artwork is the same as the Europe releases.

Recorded and mixed at JMJ Studio and Square Production Studio on Digidesign Protools mix 24.
Mastered at Whitfield Street Recording, London.
