This is the 1st version of the US cover - in addition to the standard 4-colour CMYK printing process, specialised inks to achieve the wide colour palette, including the silver on the inner gatefold were used. Later versions use only CMYK on the outer gatefold, resulting in a different coloured cover.

This edition has the original Royal Blue shade of blue used for the lettering and the outline on the rear jacket. For the later Hollywood pressed version with Cyan instead of Royal Blue see [r9091319]. Both are otherwise the same.
