This is a label variant of [r4135307]. It has different fonts, "NOT FOR SALE" split to two lines, and the matrix number below, not above, the catalog number. It also carries the date recorded.

The ?'s in the A-side runout represent characters I can't name. The first one could be the right side of a stamped 'B' or '3'. It is located just past the etched 'A'. The second is small but clearly scribed: it look like a triangular flag on the end of a short pole. It's placed nearly opposite the matrix number.
