Silver Label, with gray, white & black print. Plain white die-cut sleeve.
Both sides contain the same track.

Picture sleeve printed RCA Canada for US distribution. Semi-gloss, heavy stock, opening on side, blue "A" side depicts record label; red "B" side depicts turntable/CD-radio box.
All contain Elvis Jailhouse Rock silhouette 'logo'.
