Paper labels with Capitol dome logo on Program 1 and Capitol "C" logo on Program 2.
The Warranty on the inside of the cover is a sticker (presumably covering the USA warranty info) and is a warranty for Capitol Canada.
This Canadian release is identical to the US release of 1968 (as seen here on Discogs) except for the sticker warranty label and Program 2 paper label with the "C" Capitol logo. I believe this to be a 1968 issue although according to Wiki, Capitol did not use the "C" logo until 1969.
