2nd Issue - Shine On You Crazy Diamond, Part 5 is credited to "Waters" not "Waters-Gilmour-Wright." Released in 1976.
Released with the cover hidden under black shrink wrap with a round "Wish You Were" sticker on the outside of the shrink wrap. Spine is narrow (pinched) at the top and bottom and wide in the middle. Issued with lyrics on a die cut inner sleeve and a glossy postcard of a diving man.

This variation is different from [r=7065138] as it has 45 degree cut off corners on the inner sleeve - not rounded corners.

Runouts are stamped - partial vertical (90°rotated), except 'HTM' which is etched.
