The record was manufactured in England as written on labels.
But the labels are in french.
Dark green label with a full apple on A side and sliced apple on B side. First label variation have “An E.M.I. Recording” text on two lines and small “33 1/3″ text moved to the left side. Publishing year printed with small copyright symbol (p). The labels are quite dark although the actual shade of green varies among copies.

Albums have full laminated cover without flaps on the back side. Front cover, with drain showing on crossing, Rear cover, Apple logo aligned with the text and 'Her Majesty' not listed. The label does have Her Majesty credit on the side 2.
