Orange labels, with a changed arrangement for track 2, side 1 (A2 & A3). compared to other early (pre 1974) Australian RCA copies.

Original issue label (see [r6902069] for promo version) gave individual writing credit for both tracks and has a gap between each of the three identifiers - catalogue number, album name and artist.
Revised label (see [r7028400] ) for example, still gave individual writing credit for both tracks ( but has gap between catalogue number and album name only. Artist name in ALL CAPS
This edition provides single writing credit for both tracks and has no gaps between any of the three identifiers. "David Bowie" is written in Title Case, not ALL CAPS.

Note differences in centre moulding between promo labelled edition and other two. True first issue stock copies will have same moulding as promo labelled edition.

Essex credits on label, . Manufactured by RCA Limited, Sydney, Australia.

Cover is copied from US original artwork, though artist / title sticker is printed (yellow) and additional RCA logo on front. Rear cover is B&W, not sepia, and no lyric inner was made. Cover is not textured, though front is laminated.

Stampers are prepared using lacquers cut at RCA US Indianapolis plant, as indicated by crossed "I" in the runout grooves. Lettering identical to US issue.

Label style and publishing credits suggest 1973 issue.
