Housed in a Unipak style embossed gatefold jacket with a folded oversized 1 billion dollar bill placed underneath a band on the right panel of the inner gatefold, plus a full color inner sleeve with rounded corners, with lyrics on one side and a photo of band on the other. The left panel of the inner gatefold is comprised of punch-out trading card style photos of the band. Beneath the punch-out cards are the liner notes/credits for the album, only accessible by removing or "punching out" the trading cards.
