- Issued in gatefold sleeve with peeled banana on the front and airbrushed Emerson 'torso' image on the back.
- Sleeve has the US catalog number V6-5008 (may be hidden by a sticker on the back), labels have the German catalog number 710 004.
- On dead wax, the following matrix/runout inscriptions are overwritten by X stamps: 'V6-5008 SIDE-1 MGS 558 REV' (side A) and 'V6-5008 SIDE-2 MGS 559 REV' (side B).
