Never released because the single was cancelled at the last minute. All of the pressings of "Smile" (both CD maxi-singles and 12" records) were withdrawn and destroyed just days before the release date, save a few that managed to escape, making this one of the most rare MJ collectors items of all time. Track 4 is exclusive to the 5-track CD maxi-single, and its track time is incorrectly given as 4:50 on sleeve (correct duration is 4:32).
