Includes the inner sleeve.

The Cover is EX.
The Vinyl is VG , has just a few light non-feelable scuffs...Disc has a Nice Shine and Plays Clean.
I m not sure what the pink piece of tape is but it is on the Shrink not on the Cover.
I owned a record store for 30 years.
When I closed my doors I decided to keep my precious stock of vinyl.
