Joe was a partner at SST Records in its heyday 1981-1986 and he kept copies of most SST products.
He also co-owned Thermidor Records, started while he was at Systematic Record Distribution in Portland and Berkeley 1978-1981 , as well as being a partner in Optional Music in the same period.
He has also published five well regarded books, including Rock The Pop Narcotic, Enter Naomi: SST, L.A.
and All That..., and his most recent, Stone Male: Requiem for the Living Picture.

The band was unhappy with the original mastering of the song, and requested a re-cut of that side only, resulting in this disc.
Carries the same United Record Pressing label on both sides, both without markings.
B-side has plain/blank grooves.
Generic sleeve has 2005-B re- one sided written in ballpoint by Joe in upper right corner.
Needless to say this record is beyond rare.
While i have seen an Optional test pressing of the full Police Truck/Holiday In Cambodia exchange hands over the years, this is the first time this has come up for sale: a previously unknown/undocumented record straight from the source - a true piece of Punk history.
