text on the upper flipback This earliest of copies comes complete with its original black white EMI advertising inner-sleeve CONDITION Disc Labels: EXCELLENT A nice clean set with some light spindle trails around the side 1 centre hole mostly and just a small handful around 2 Visual: VERY GOOD Both playing surface are clean with an excellent deep-gloss shine.
However, there are some light marks surface wear visible in strong daylight.
The most significant blemishes are two approximately 5mm scratches which I can just feel beneath my fingertips.
Close inspection beneath halogen light add some harmless wispy paper-type hairlines and a sparkling rainbow shine.
Sound Quality: VERY GOOD This earliest and highly respectable sounding 1st pressing has received a moderate amount of play but is without any significant deterioration to the sound quality or any major faults.
My playcheck detected some low-level background on the quieter passages and two clicks on The Gnome , but no jumps, repeats or any other noticeable audible distractions elsewhere Cover: EXCELLENT A strong, unworn example which retains a sparkling unscratched high-gloss front laminate with just a single thumbnail wrinkle close to its front opening edge but no further significant signs of wear All corners are in great shape with no heavy bumps or bruising to any and both opening edges themselves are sharp and unworn The easily and often blemished rear panel is pristine clean unmarked and free fromm any writing or missing paper Both seams are smooth unstressed and the spine is clean, unworn and fully worded Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT Our grading is strict conservative grading in strong daylight directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK RECORD COLLECTOR standards.
Each record is professionally securely packaged in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.
