Rare Uk 1 sided 7 Demo It Would Be So Nice The Pink Floyd Syd Barrett Psych 45

Hard to find only about 100 were made to send out to DJs, It has been played although not by me as I bought this twenty years ago and put it away with the rest of the Floyd records, it does have a few light marks as you would expect, the photo is the one for sale.
It does come in the original Columbia red wrapper...............Update 6th November I have just played it and it was excellent with no surface noise ..
one noticable light mark and a few very light ones which you would expect from a played record .
but played with no crackles ....
