YAMA AND THE KARMA DUSTERS Up From The Sewers (Manhole) 1970/71.
Here's an Ultra Rare! ..Original US early 70s PRIVATE Pressed Folk/Psych Beauty. Really hard to come by, only 1000 Pressed (and reputably some copies accidentally had Polka music, instead of the band). Fear not, this is Yama & The Karma Dusters (not Polka!).
Great Stuff, a mix of mellow & upbeat numbers, a bit Dylan-esque at times 'Bringing It All Back Home' era. It receives a nice review in the 'Acid Archives'. The Vinyl looks a bit 'hazy'..but the Recording & Pressing quality is really Great for a Private.
The Cover is EX- (see pics + zoom), Comes in a Very Cool handmade 'Screen Printed Sleeve', some general shelfware & edgeware, the rear slick is pasted on sideways..presumably by mistake, the Vinyl is EX- light marks and sleeve scuffing, Side 1 plays really great, a bit of crackle at the start of Side 2, but it also plays through Excellent for the most part.
Very difficult to find, don't miss!!
