DAVID BOWIE PROMO PICTURE SLEEVE SINGLE FROM JAPAN Title : Ashes to Ashes / Fashion Manufacturer : RCA Serial : SS - 3011 Sleeve / Insert sheet - would be mint except for the slight wavy wrinkles, no creases, tears or writing.

RCA inner sleeve is in plain white.
Disc - VG, both sides are marked with feint lines where the record has been in and out of the sleeve.
Nothing looks major but there are enough to be annoying.
Labels are perfect, both sides have a small hand written label, again visible on the scans.
Really scarce, took me ages to get a copy, paid over the odds years ago like you do when you want something.
