Jewel cases are not graded or guaranteed. But I always ship in a fresh jewel case if the original is cracked.

International Shipping: International shipping is typically USPS 1st class international service. Please note that there is no tracking included with this service. As a courtesy, I am always happy to provide the US Customs declaration receipt -- which does confirm actual drop-off at the post office. Sorry, but I can t ship to the Russian Federation, Mexico and Syria.
International items will ship twice each week. So please expect 3 days for international handling, plus an average of 2 to 3 weeks until you receive your items.
