Item Description

Please Please Me Stereo Gold Label 1G/1R Northern Songs Investment grade This is without doubt the holy grail of any Beatles collection.
Not just a stereo gold label but a Northern Songs credit gold label in superb investment grade condition.
As you know the first issues of Please Please Me incorrectly credited seven tracks to Dick James Music Co.
and this was subsequently corrected just before Parlophone switched to the yellow/black label design.
Very few of these Northern Songs credit LP s were issued and very few survive in anything like this superb condition.
We are talking maybe a handful at this grade.
It s not perfect.
It does have some marks on the vinyl, as you can see in the photos but these are few in number and what it doesn t have is any of those multiple surface marks that tend to happen from taking it in and out of the sleeve.
Whoever owned this one either wasn t a fan and hardly played or was a true audiophile.
I give a no-quibble money-back guarantee.
If you don t like this beauty when you receive it then send it back to me and I ll give you a full refund.
I can do that because I know you won t find better and that you ll be over-the-moon with this one.
I just wish I could afford to keep it but with the last near mint one and that was a Dick James one going for over 13,000 I just can t afford to keep it.
I will ship to any country in which the item can be tracked door to door and signed for, so that excludes Italy for a starter I m afraid.
I will be listing more great items shortly, including a Danish Hottest Hits LP.
On 18-Sep-17 at 09:15:45 BST, seller added the following information: As well as the Hottest Hits Danish LP I will shortly be listing a super low number White Album - in the top first 50 Keep an eye out.On 25-Sep-17 at 09:58:50 BST, seller added the following information: The photos have been taken on my snooker table in the brightest of light, which you can see reflecting the fittings on some images.
So, you can see every part of the playing surface.
I ve lost track of how many times I ve seen people hiding vinyl marks with carefully photographed cropped dark images.
I provide images so you can see what you are buying.
I ve collected for 27 years and rest-assured you ll wait a long time to get a better gold label than this, if it ever comes up for sale.
There are absolutely no spindle marks and no wear at all to the labels.
Only a few marks on the vinyl - as photographed. On 25-Sep-17 at 10:02:59 BST, seller added the following information: The KT sticker on the back of the sleeve is the tax classification sticker. On 26-Sep-17 at 18:27:02 BST, seller added the following information: I was asked a question about grading and playing the record.
I responded as follows:
