Condition of vinyl appears good but I should point out that I ve never actually played it.
It looks like it could/should be cleaned I ll leave that up to you to decide , and it looks like some minor scuffing that would not affect play.
It appears to be the original factory card sleeve.
There are no splits in the sleeve.
