1st State Beatles Butcher Album Mono In Unbelievable Condition With No Reserve

The first picture is with the album in the plastic it is stored in the other pictures were taken with the plastic off.
I am being very conservative with the grading of the cover.
I have sold two 1st state Beatles Butchers on eBay, and each had a COA from Perry Cox.
I still have two 1st states left, and when this one is gone, I am thinking twice about cutting loose with my very last 1st state.
I was seriously considering having Perry certify this one, but time is of the essence for me at this time.
As you can see by the photos, there are no serious seam splits: 3/4 inch very slight split on bottom right corner by the mouth, and about a 1/4 slight split at the upper left at the spine.
Absolutely NO flaking on the top edge, as well as NO flaking on the bottom edge There is, though, flaking in the middle of the spine.
You will also notice a few white specs on the cover to the right of the doll.
There is also a white spec towards the spine next to Paul s ear.
You will also notice that there is absolutely NO flaking on the front white border of the top, spine, and bottom...This is VERY unusual to find in this condition.
