This is how I have always stored my records This is a genuine original 1st UK 1965 pressing of The Beatles Help album incredibly 49 years old like this Unbelievably rare to find in this stunning condition The vinyl looks barely ever played no more than a minimal amount of times ever in my opinion incredibly rare to find The original Garrod Lofthouse flipback cover also is unbelievably rare to see with NO real nasty storage ware to really mention Super glossy appearance with just minor yellowing with age to mention but not really noticed unless looked for in my opinion I have play tested the vinyl prior to this listing at very loud volume on a top system,, importantly using a dedicated mono cartridge The audio is also truly stunning through out.
Cristal clear and very vibrant real deep bassey feel only heard like this on the earliest original mono pressings For any avid Beatles collectors or audiophiles out there this one is for you Don t take my word for it listen to the complete album in the player below.

Beatles fifth Album Help , is the soundtrack album from their film of the same name, Help .
Produced by George Martin for EMI Records, the album in its original British form contains seven songs that appeared in the movie of the same name, and seven that did not, including the most recorded song in history, the Paul McCartney ballad Yesterday .
The critically acclaimed album also features two trans-atlantic number-one singles: Ticket to Ride and the title song.
The album shows John Lennon being influenced by Bob Dylan and folk music, with Lennon s You ve Got to Hide Your Love Away in particular indicating an obvious Dylan influence.
In later years Lennon said that the title track of the album was a sincere cry for help, as the pressures of the Beatles fame and his own unhappiness what he later called his fat Elvis stage began to build, and that he regretted turning it from a downbeat Dylanesque song to an upbeat, poppy song because of commercial pressures.
McCartney contributed Yesterday Another Girl , a fast-moving congo-esque beat pop song The Night Before , a standard rock roll song and I ve Just Seen a Face , a rollicking Dylanesque folk song often overlooked by fans and which, along with It s Only Love, appeared on the Rubber Soul album in the U.S.
.
George Harrison contributed the low-key I Need You and the head-strong You Like Me Too Much .
These were Harrison s first song compositions to be included on a Beatles album since Don t Bother Me , from 1963 s With the Beatles.
Side one All songs on side one appear in the movie.

The Vinyl This is the original thicker , heavier chunky slab of vinyl only found like this on the earliest original pressings Later press are much more flimsier and less robust The vinyl lays perfectly flat on the turntable and is free of any warps.
The vinyl has retained its original sheen from new in my opinion on initial inspection this looks like it has obviously not been played that much in my opinion On close inspection any marks that could possibly be seen would be very light sleeve removal only but importantly no audio sounding marks or needle marks that would cause any clicks or pops that I heard at all Too be honest I find it hard to even see a blemish at all The audio quality I have played this track for track at very loud volume prior to listing at very loud volume, importantly using a dedicated mono cartridge From the moment that the needle hits the playing surface , it is obvious that this vinyl not only visually but audibly has only had very very minimal play only The audio is stunning cristal clear and vibrant, very bright and clear throughout without any signs of distortion at all and plays with a lovely deep bassey feel only found like this on early pressings I would grade the audio at least excellent plus to near as mint in my opinion I don t think that you will find better very rich and vibrant through out Please note I always add this disclaimer Please allow for isolated static minor background in between tracks only, not consistant through out the play of this vinyl.
Please remember that this is a genuine 49 year old record that would have originally been played on a 49 year old system.
hear for your self in the player above, actual recording from the vinyl Please note I always add this disclaimer I have given my honest opinion when describing the audio quality of this album and those who know the listings and vinyls that i sell my prime interest is the audio quality Please allow for the odd isolated static ticks isolated light clicks as mentioned in between a track but nothing consistent through out the audio This is a genuine not reissue vinyl that is 50 years old and would have been played on a system that is 50 years old Please note, this album has been stored in a case laying dormant for at least 45 years or more.
A build up of dirt and dust in the grooves causes static crackle.
A constant clean before each play is recommended.
This will reduce any static and will enhance the audio quality.
Points to note, I notice debrit on the playing surface after play so this will need cleaning before each play which will further enhance this audio quality.
The Labels These are the original Parlophone labels feature Sold In The UK....
text across the labels only early UK press.
The K.T tax code is stamped on side 2 Only Early press The Parlophone Co...
rim text only early press The labels are rich in colour and are very clean with very minor rubbing ware to mention all text is fully readable.
It is obvious to me that this vinyl has only had barely been played only by the limited spider marks that can be seen around the spindle hole, the spindle hole is free of any ware and of course is perfectly round The Record Sleeve This is the original EMITEX poly lined sleeve no tares just light creasing/browning with age.
Becoming fragile at the edges and small splits beginning.
The vinyl is now always separated from the cover and sleeve this is how I have always stored my records.
The Cover This Is The Original 1st issue Garrod Lofthouse flip back cover in absolutely stunning condition through out for nearly 50 years old looks very nice clean and straight.
No splits or tares.
The original pinched ended spine near perfect very rare all text is readable No real scuffing No real nasty creases to report so rare to find like this very very very minor and small wyspy type creases in the laminate at the edges near spine only noticed if looked for that can just be seen in photos but not really noticed unless looked for in my opinion.
Slight yellowing or blotchyness or indents with age noticed under the laminate and is minor and only really noticed if looked for in certain light in my opinion.
No nasty ringware or rubbing wear The cover has always been seperated from the vinyl and sleeve since purchased from new The rear is also lovely and clean with slightest fading with age only, no nasty names written.
No ringware or nasty grubbyness just very slight at the opening edge if looked for.
Unbeleivably rare like this Graded at least excellent to excellent plus in my opinion An Audio Archive Copy Never Need To Upgrade An Audio Archive copy HOW I SEND MY RECORDS THIS ALBUM WILL BE SENT IN A LARGE BOX WITH CARDBOARD STIFFENERS THE ALBUM IS ALWAYS PUT IS A POLY SLEEVE AND ENCASED IN THE BOX WITH PLENTY OF BUBBLEWRAP FOR ADDED PROTECTION SEE PHOTOS As always I have tried to give my honest personal opinion when describing items listed Although it is my honest opinion I always urge others to do their own personal research on any items that they are interested in purchasing, before, they commit to bidding I have Highlighted all aspects as clearly as possible I have taken time to play this vinyl track for track to give a clear and accurate description of the audio quality as i hear it.
