Item Description

This is Pink Floyds 2nd Album A Saucerful Of Secrets in glorious mono on the blue and black Colombia label, cat.no.
SX 6258.
The record is in nice condition with a few hairlines and some bag rash, there is nothing deep however at the very beginning of side one there is a mark that causes a couple of clicks in, other than that the record still displays a deep sheen to it.
I have just replayed both sides and can report it plays all the way through without any dramas, there are no sticks or jumps just a little background static in the quieter moments.
The labels are in excellent condition which display sold in U.K.
etc.
There is a very feint name and it is feint on side one.
Stampers are P1 and M1 so a very early pressing.
Matrix is XAX 3633-1 and 3634-1.
KT tax code is stamped on side one.
David Gilmour s name is mispelt Gilmore both on the label and sleeve on this release.
The inner sleeve is the generic EMI sepia/pink version.
This is the only way to get the mono mix of this album, it has not been reissued as far as I m aware.
The sleeve is probably overall vg , it does display some light laminate creasing to the front panel, the rear panel is excellent with all 3 flaps intact.
There is a little shelf wear on the corners and the opening edge has some wear with age.
The spine is fully intact and readable.
I have tried to describe this rare record as accurately as I can.
Please see the pics.
