Volume 1 Australian 6 LP and 12 Cold Hearted Man single Box Set - 1stRelease 1981
There were 5different releases of the Australian Volume 1 box set. The 1st being in1981 then 1982, 1983, 1987 and 1989. The 1st set released in 1981 came with anAC/DC Iron on Transfer and the previously unreleased singlesided version of cold hearted man. The B side was just a plain whitelabel. The 1st pressing box set hadwritten in black writing in the top left corner. Bonus includes previouslyunreleased 12 Single PLUS Iron-On Transfer . This box set complete is veryrare and hard to find complete in any condition and is quite valuable. - ACDC Fan
My AC/DC 1 Boxed Set is like new apart from a couple of tears in the container box corners see pic .. due to what I believe is a design fault only - I doubt if there are any others out there that haven t experienced this same positioning slight damage .
The 6 album sleeves of the Australian recordings within: High Voltage, TNT, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, Let There be Rock, Powerage and Highway To Hell, are 100 perfect as is the sleeve for the bonus 12 Cold Hearted Man single and the iron-on AC/DC motif as promoted on the box lid. These albums have never been played. The box has the slight damage due to the opening and closing of it to view only and being possibly stacked underneath things when placed in storage for the past few decades. The box is also showing some slight mould spots..very slight.. on the front.
The photos depict the various era ed labels on each individual LP, which are each still contained in their protective inner plastic sleeves. The bonus 12 single Cold Hearted Man is only one-sided with the B-side having a blank label.
This AC/DC 1 Boxed Set of history will be shipped well packaged and registered for sign on receipt, anywhere around the world. It s a rarity and is a must for the serious, serious AC/DC collector.
