I played guitar in the Latin Dogs.
Last time I visited my mom she came out of the bedroom with the LD s record I had given her when it was first pressed.
Sell it and see what you can get.
She said as she handed it to me.
So here we are.500 7 vinyl records were pressed.
We had submitted the art to a print shop that went bankrupt and was shut down with our artwork for the sleeve inside.
Rank knew the son of the building owner and got the keys.
We snuck into the shop around 3 am, probably drunk.
We were looking for the original artwork boards in the dark with a flashlight and there was our sleeve on the printing press.
One copy was sticking halfway out of the roller like the power was shut off mid-run.
We scooped up what we could and never finding the original art got the hell out of there.
There were about 350 completed one-piece 2-sided sleeves and about 150 with just the font.
Of those we cut off the cover image from about 100 and a made the Xeroxed folding piece for the back and insides that is also out there in collector land.
That is why there are two sleeve variations.This is the original.
Vinyl is mint.
Never been played.
The cover has some wear from being stored somewhere with like, old birthday cards and crafting supplies for making Teddy bears.
Every flaw is clearly visible in the photos.
Mom never got a tattoo by the way .Thanks for looking.
