OVER THE NEXT FEW WEEKS I WILL BE SELLING SOME RARE PROG / VERTIGO / PSYCH / DERAM ETC...ITEMS FROM THIS COLLECTION This is THE RAREST ROLLING STONES ALBUM IN EXISTENCE, THE ORIGINAL UK MONO EXPORT ISSUE OF HAVE YOU SEEN YOU MOTHER - LIVE FROM 1966, AND THIS COPY ALSO COMES IN GREAT CONDITION This is the first time this EXPORT MONO ALBUM is up for sale on Ebay and the story is that until 2009 this UK EXPORT MONO issue was a myth and thought to have not existed as even the biggest Rolling Stones collectors have never seen a copy , but 1 copy was sold privately in 2009 proving it s existence and rarity for example, I had 2 copies of the Mono PROMO ONLY ROLLING STONES album in the last 6 years, but never seen this MONO EXPORT ISSUE in all my 35 years of collecting and selling , This is truely the HOLLY GRAIL FOR ROLLING STONES COLLECTORS AND WAS NEVER SOLD BEFORE ON EBAY From my resarch only 2-3 copies known to exist and THIS IS PROBABY THE BEST KNOWN EXAMPLE OF THIS ALBUM It comes with the ORIGINAL MONO FRONT LAMINATED SLEEVE, THE ORIGINAL CODE DATED INNER SLEEVE FOR MARCH 1966, AND THE RED MONO LABELS HAVE THE RIDGE ON THEM Only around 300 copies were ever made of this album and this has the mother stampers 1G / 1G / 1A / 1A PROVING IT IS ONE OF THE FIRST 300 MADE The matrices are: SIDE 1: ARL-7517-1A and 1 and G on the 9 o clocl and 3 o clock positions and KT tax code ALL MACHINE STAMPED SIDE 2: ARL-7518-1A and 1 and G on the 9 o clocl and 3 o clock positions and KT tax code ALL MACHINE STAMPED The record was pressed by DECCA RECORDS catalogue number LK.4838.
I will describe the condition: VINYL is in VG /VG condition shines like new, PROBABLY BETTER, under 100 watts lightbulb there are a few light sleeve scuffs and rubs but nothing feelable, or nothing that will effect play FROM MY RESEARCH THE BEST KNOWN EXAMPLE OF THIS UK EXPORT MONO ALBUM THE LABELS are in EX /EX condition no writing and no wear .
THE CORRECT ORIGINAL CODE DATED INNER SLEEVE is in VG condition THE FRONT LAMINATED PICTURE SLEEVE is in VG /VG condition, PROBABLY BETTER , AMAZING IT STILL HAS A FULLY READABLE SPINE , there is only the usual very minor bends and the usual minimal storage wear to the non laminated back and a very small name written in pen at the top of the sleeve this can easily be removed but I did not want to take the chance , THIS IS PROBABLY THE BEST CONDITION UK EXPORT MONO SLEEVE IN EXSITENCE I post all may records in new cruciform 12 mailers with lots of added cardboard stiffeners for protectio, I also remove the vinyl from the sleeve and the inner sleeve I provide a new poly lined inner sleeve to house the vinyl for shipping This collection came from a major UK radio person who worked in a major UK radio station from the late 60 s to the late 90 s all the copies were ORIGINAL FIRST ISSUES or PROMO COPIES DON T LET THIS RARE ORIGINAL ROLLING STONES UK MONO EXPORT COPY LP get away.
