SLEEVE: G , great color storage wear at top and bottom of front. Crease in lower right corner and seam splits in top bottom, also spine tape see pics

LABEL: light wear, great color, great ink, very light wear rings on both sides
45: Side A - VG grade - super glossy w/light and very few scuffs in tracks 1/2, sounds fantastic though
Side B - VG grade - super glossy, but has some light scuffs one light long scratch crossing tracks, does not affect sound . sounds fantastic
