THE BEATLES - THE YOUNG BEATLES This NEAR MINT 1070 Japanese stereo compilation of their Hamburg recordings is on the red Polydor label: MP 1476 Matrix numbers: MP-1476 A MP-1476 B Vinyl weight: 139g The disc is housed within a lavish heavy card laminated gatefold cover with central lyric sheet, clear poly inner OBI strip.
CONDITION Disc Labels: NEAR MINT An immaculate pair bearing just one or two tiny spindle marks around each completely unworn centre hole.
Visual: MINT Pristine factory-fresh playing surfaces which unmarked and as new in any light.
Sound Quality: MINT These recordings have always sounded fantastic, but coupled with high-quality Japanese vinyl provides you with the ultimate listening experience for all these tracks.
This copy has been played once or twice at most and my single careful play-check confirms the sound quality to be flawless and exceptional throughout.
Cover: NEAR MINT A superb example with bright, clean glossy outer panels free from any signs of storage.
The only flaw is some bruising to the lower left and upper right corners - apart from that it could have left the shops yesterday.
The inside of the gatefold is pristine with no blemishes or wear to either panel of the delicate lyric sheet.
Both seams and the fully worded spine are unworn and fully intact.
OBI: NEAR MINT The delicate OBI strip is clean intact with just a tiny tear in the lower right corner preventing a MINT grade.
Our grading is strict conservative grading in strong daylight directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK RECORD COLLECTOR standards.
Each record is professionally securely packaged in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.
