This auction is for an EXTREMELY RARE, DEBUT, MONO Vinyl LP record album of folk/folk-psych music.

This was Eleanor s Debut and only album release. Presented by the Carmel Arts Commission.
From discogs: ...Eleanor developed an early love of playing guitar and singing with her musical family. At 13, Eleanor and her older sister Jean sang with a popular band in Dubuque called Dinner with the Smiths on KDTH radio and also performed together as The Sunshine Sisters . In time, Eleanor moved to Detroit to work as a photo retoucher.
After marrying, moving to California, and divorcing, she started writing music and performing locally, including for the troops stationed at Fort Ord. In 1966 she recorded an album called Songs of the Middle Way. It had a small release but it has since become a 1960 s folk-music collectors item...

VINYL: NEAR-MINT-plus - completely shiny, no scratches, no scuffs, one or two very tiny/very light surface marks, looks great
BLUE LABELS with SILVER PRINT: MINT-minus - no writing, no stains, no scratches, no stickers, one or two tiny/barely visible spindle marks on 2nd side.
GENERIC PLAIN WHITE PAPER INNER SLEEVE: MINT - no splits, no tears, no writing, no stains.
COVER: MINT-minus - solid complete with almost no overall wear no cutout marks, no splits, no writing, no stains, a couple of barely noticeable very light corner creases bottom front, almost no ringwear mainly on back , almost no surface wear, no edgewear.
