A rare 1968 UK Export copy of The Beatles White Album, on Parlophone Records, catalog number P-PCS 7067. Manufactured in the UK, these scarce Parlophone pressings were exported to European countries that hadn t yet trademarked the Apple label name. The album cover, poster and photos are all standard UK issue.
The very lightly played discs are in Near Mint condition, and play beautifully throughout there is a tiny 1/8 mark at the end of side four that causes a light tick for the last 34 seconds of Good Night. The clean UK stereo cover, with the raised The BEATLES text, has some very light lamination creasing and small impressions, and grades EX . The number No. 0522043 is cleanly stamped into the cover.
The four photos are in NM condition, there is a narrower than usual photo spacer in VG condition, the poster grades VG , and the black innersleeves grade VG and VG the latter with three easily repaired side splits.
Stampers are -1/2/GDD, -1/1GDR, -1/1/GPP, -1/4/GML. In the Side 1 runoff groove, the previous owner has neatly scratched his name--something we ve never seen before.
By far the cleanest example we ve seen of this rare Export album.
