Vinyl: VG /EX plays great

Has a small spot of discoloration in the vinyl possible factory color flaw? and it does not affect play. Also there is a light whoosh for a couple rotations in the outer deadwax but once it hits the grooves it s gone and plays excellent. Please hear below sound clip
