The album has been highly regarded by many critics as Miles Davis Masterpiece, as the greatest jazz album ever recorded and one of the best albums of all time It was one of fifty recordings chosen in 2002 by the Library of Congress for the inaugural year of the National Recording Registry and in 2003, it was ranked number 12 on Rolling Stone magazine s list of the 500 greatest albums of all time. In 2019, Kind of Blue was Certified 5x Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America RIAA for shipments of at least five million copies in the United States. - Labels are 6-eye Columbia mono with Made in U. S. A. printed at bottom rim Photos 15, 13 and 10 .
- The back cover incorrectly lists the track order as Flamenco Sketches B1 and All Blues B2 . The B side label lists the tracks in the CORRECT order Photo 13 : All Blues B1 followed by Flamenco Sketches B2 .
On front cover, it reads:
